These terms apply when you use Morgenlese, run by Milan Danilović pr Računarsko programiranje BYTESICHT Niš.
The service
Morgenlese helps you learn German by reading. Stories, quizzes, reviews and the first practice exam of each level are free. The exam packs are paid. We may change or end features, and we tell you in time about changes that affect what you bought.
Your account
One account per person. Keep access to your email address: it is how you sign in. We may close accounts that abuse the service (for example automated access or copying content).
Content
The stories and exams are ours or licensed to us. You may use them for your own learning, not copy, share or sell them. Some stories are written with the help of AI and checked; if you find a mistake, tell us.
Exam packs
A pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks its practice exams in your account for as long as Morgenlese runs. The exams are practice material modelled on the reading part of B1 and B2 exams. We are not affiliated with the Goethe-Institut, telc or ÖSD, and a good result here does not guarantee a result in the real exam.
Our reseller Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to payment, taxes and invoices.
Refunds
You can get your money back within 14 days of buying a pack, without giving a reason. Write to info@bytesicht.com or reply to the Paddle receipt. After a refund the pack is locked again.
Liability
We work to keep Morgenlese available and correct, but can't promise it is always both. We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence and harm to life or health, and otherwise only as far as the law requires. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live.
